Il s’agit d’une étude comparative des législations nationales et internationales ratifiées par le Maroc et le Protocole de Maputo qu’il n’a pas encore ratifié, et ce, dans le domaine des Droits des Femmes Marocaines. Le travail est basé sur une collecte de documentations ainsi que des rapports émis par les instances nationales concernées et les rapports des ONG féminines.
La première partie concernera les principaux instruments internationaux ratifiés par le Maroc, La seconde partie sera axée sur la législation nationale concernant les Droits des femmes au Maroc. La troisième partie fera l’objet d’une présentation du Protocole de Maputo. Enfin la dernière partie sera consacrée à une analyse comparative entre la législation nationale marocaine et le Protocole de Maputo en mettant en exergue les dispositions problématiques qui existent entre eux.
Ce document servira d’outil de plaidoyer, de sensibilisation et d’information auprès des décideurs marocains et de la société civile pour appeler à la ratification par le Maroc du Protocole de Maputo.

This is a comparative study of national and international legislation ratified by Morocco and the Maputo Protocol, which it has not yet ratified, in the field of Moroccan women’s rights. The work is based on a collection of documents as well as reports issued by the national bodies concerned and reports from women’s NGOs.
The first part will concern the main international instruments ratified by Morocco. The second part will focus on national legislation concerning women’s rights in Morocco. The third part will be a presentation of the Maputo Protocol. Finally, the last part will be devoted to a comparative analysis of Moroccan national legislation and the Maputo Protocol, highlighting the problematic provisions that exist between them.
This document will serve as an advocacy, awareness-raising and information tool for Moroccan decision-makers and civil society, calling for Morocco to ratify the Maputo Protocol.
