Two years after they were adopted at the 64th Ordinary Session, the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights has published their Concluding Observations and Recommendations on the Combined 11th, 12th, and 13th Periodic Report of the Republic of Rwanda. The Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic has Ratified the Maputo Protocol!
